We focus on dependability.

We build and manage reliable IT teams so your business can grow without any technical stress.

Who We Are

Why Choose Us

Why do Japanese companies work with a Nepali IT company like us?

Typically, Japanese enterprises reach out to us with common challenges such as:
● High domestic development costs
● Difficulty in recruiting and retaining qualified engineers
● Lacking a structured process or accountability

As an IT company in Nepal for Japanese companies, we offer a solution to the above problems by providing exclusive personnel, unlike shared and anonymous outsourcing processes. Our Developers, System Engineers, Designers, and Product Specialists:

● Dedicate yourself to your project
● Document and report according to guidelines
● Integrate seamlessly with your software, workflows, and calendars
● Remain long-term team members, minimising the risk of leaving the organisation.

For this reason, many of our clients regard us as an offshore extension of their own in-house
staff, rather than just a service provider.

Why Choose an IT Company in Nepal?

Nepal may not be the loudest tech hub in Asia, and that is exactly why it works.
Choosing an IT company in Nepal gives businesses access to:
Highly motivated and well-trained engineers
Strong English communication for global collaboration
Cultural adaptability for Japanese work environments
Time-zone compatibility for Asia-based operations
As a growing Nepal software firm, we focus on consistency, loyalty, and long-term partnerships; values that align closely with Japanese business culture.

Our IT Services for Japan and Asia

We provide flexible IT services in Nepal, created to support businesses at different stages of growth:
Dedicated software development teams
Web and mobile application development
System and backend engineering
UI/UX and product design
Ongoing IT support and team scaling
Clients can start small, validate collaboration, and scale with confidence.

Message from CEO

A Message from Our CEO

" I was born and raised in a quiet village of Khotang, Diktel, where my life took a transformative turn after receiving a national scholarship to study at the prestigious Budhanilkantha School. As a merit student, I experienced not only a high-quality education but also a vastly improved quality of life. Even at that young age, I felt immense gratitude to my country for providing me with such an opportunity. This sense of gratitude only deepened when I moved to Japan, fueling my determination to give back to Nepal.

The Start of a Dream

While pursuing my studies in Japan, I initiated a small but meaningful project to establish a school in Nepal. This marked the beginning of my journey toward realizing my dream of contributing to my country. However, as the school grew in terms of students and staff, so did its operational expenses, making it increasingly challenging to sustain the initiative.

After completing my studies, I joined SoftBank in Japan and began using my salary to fund the school’s expenses. Although I managed to continue this for a few years, I soon realized that this approach was not sustainable. Moreover, I came to understand that my ultimate goal of giving back to my country could not be fully realized by operating a single school.

The Start of a Dream

Understanding Nepal's Challenges

Nepal, as a landlocked and developing nation, faces many challenges, including limited infrastructure, scarce resources, and fragile economic conditions. Fresh graduates encounter a lack of job opportunities, prompting thousands of Nepalese youth to seek better prospects abroad. As a result, Nepal’s economy heavily relies on remittances sent by these individuals and on Official Development Assistance (ODA) from developed nations. Such dependence, however, is not a sustainable foundation for long-term economic growth.

My experience in Japan taught me that a country requires strong industries to thrive and bolster its economy. Despite its geographic and resource limitations, Nepal has the potential to leverage technology and human intelligence to create a robust IT industry that transcends borders.

Understanding Nepal's Challenges

Building TAI Inc. for a Smiling Nepal

With this vision, I founded TAI Inc. (Technology and Intelligence) in 2019 to connect Nepalese IT experts with Japanese companies. The mission of TAI Inc. is to serve as an IT bridge between Japan and Nepal, creating opportunities for Nepalese professionals while meeting the technological needs of Japanese businesses. My ultimate goal is to transform TAI Inc. into an IT outsourcing powerhouse capable of accelerating Nepal’s GDP by 1%.

This initiative is driven by a singular aspiration: to contribute to a prosperous, self-reliant, and “Smiling Nepal.”
